Why I write
People ask pharmacists about supplements every day, and the answers they find online are often louder than they are accurate. I write for patients and for colleagues: what a product does, what the evidence says, what to watch for, and when to see a doctor instead.
I aim to state clearly what is known, what is uncertain, and what I would not claim.
